2. Do you have interior design services?

3. Where are you located and where are your products made?

  • All our products are made and assembled in Rizal, Philippines. Raw materials are also sourced in the country, only 5% is sourced from other countries.

  • We are online every day except Wednesdays, holidays, and Sunday afternoon. We can assist you from 10:00H to 18:00H (GMT +8) Manila, Philippines time. For holiday updates, we are more active on Instagram.

 

5. What is your lead time?

  • You will receive your items in 5-7 working days if it is on stock. For customized or bespoke items, it will range from 30 to 60 days production time. From design conceptualization to sample making and manufacturing. Our technical team can finalize the date upon finalization of design and confirmation of order. 

 
6. What are your delivery options?

  • We deliver using our truck, Lalamove or Grab. Depending on the size of the item and if there is installation involved. Assistance on your delivery can be requested beforehand.

  • If you'd like to have your items crated for local or international shipping, just inform us so we can add it to your quotation!

 

7. Do you ship internationally?

  • We currently only ship in bulk. To know more, kindly send us your requirements through wmsupplystudio@gmail.com.

 

8. Can you supply for my brand?

  • Definitely. Whether you are planning to start a retail shop or a designer wanting to release a capsule collection, our technical team can help you.

  • We have supplied home accessories, contract-grade furniture and leather goods to local and international companies. 

 

9. What are your payment options?

  • We accept Gcash and bank transfer payments. Upon receiving your order, we will give you a complete breakdown and confirm your delivery details. You can pay through the options stated above and send us the payment confirmation through wmsupplystudio@gmail.com. We will message you before we deliver and give your item to the logistics partner. 

 

10. Do you have a warranty?

  • Our 3-month warranty covers defective materials or workmanship on any W/M-made custom product which includes either repair or replacement of the item in question at its sole judgment, any part determined by W/M to be defective. However, W/M will not be responsible for the removal, shipment, reinstallation, or any other consequential costs associated with warranty claims.

 

11. What's your shipping and delivery policy? 

  • All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

These are only estimates based on our current local shipping partners. This may change anytime. Final shipping cost will be stated on the invoice.

  • We offer free shipping for a minimum purchase of Php 50,000.00 within Metro Manila. 

 

  • Shipping to provinces varies, kindly send us your address and product you want to have shipped with quantity to receive a more accurate estimate. 

 

  • Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on Tuesday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at the checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

  • Please inform us ahead of time if you have additional shipping requests like if you have special instructions for the delivery. If you would like to request for additional manpower for us to assist you in moving your item from the entrance of your home to where you want it placed. If you want to request for installers. If you want to request for additional packaging(if your home is still under renovation) or if you want to have it crated for shipment. There might be additional charges depending on the request. 

 

12. How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive a message notification from us for the estimated arrival. 

 

  • If you haven’t received your item within 7 days (or for custom items, 60 days), please contact us as wmsupplystudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

  • Please check your item upon arrival for any defects, damages or missing parts and let us know so we can help. 

 

13. What is your return and refund policy? 

We do our very best to provide quality, well-made products you will love. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution. 

 

For off-the-shelf or standard items, we accept returns up to 5 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the product cost but deduct the shipping costs and 10% is non-refundable.

 

All custom items are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.

 

All sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

 

Delivery fee and other delivery costs are non-refundable.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wmsupplystudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  

Refund for product returns may take some time from one to three billing cycles but as long as you receive the confirmation via mail, you will surely receive it within the timeframe.
